moonstoneskull An ethereal synthwave soundscape that ranges in emotions from somber, sullen, happy and a lot of things I can't quite put my finger on. Many of these tracks are very glittery and comforting and I love every minute of it. (there are vocals in she chameleon - amazing vocal skills) Favorite track: The Ferryman.

about

This is the second full-length album I've self-released, and is a bit of a departure from the first album. I tried writing a new set of songs in the same style as my first album, and wasn't feeling it for some reason. I kept getting pulled back to doing emotional, instrumental pieces. Without having to write lyrics or adhere to a specific song structure, I found a new creative energy and was able to put this record together in a matter of weeks. My followup will likely return to form, but for now I hope you'll enjoy these instrumental pieces.

Most of these songs were inspired by visuals of some sort, be it paintings, illustrations, or films. Sometimes a mental image sparked a mood or a vibe and I ran with it. It's far from perfect, but there are moments I'm proud of, and I hope it'll inspire your imagination as it did mine. Thank you.
